Senator Dyson, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                    
Health, Education and Social Services Committee referral be waived                                  
on HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 29 Relating to the                                                    
establishment of Reserve Officer Training Corps programs in Alaska                                  
by the United States Coast Guard. Without objection, it was so                                      
ordered.                                                                                            
                                                                                                    
The resolution was referred to the Rules Committee.
